目的观察转苏云金杆菌CrylVD基因蓝藻现场杀灭蚊幼虫的效果。方法大量培养转基因工程藻,显微镜下计数,在济宁市郊区选择不同孳生地进行现场应用,评价杀蚊幼效果。结果工程藻浓度≥106cells/ml时,在无污染的水体中2d杀死99%以上的蚊幼虫,在轻度污染的水体中3d杀死99%以上的蚊幼虫。连续观察3个月工程藻仍有杀灭蚊幼虫的效果,实验组蚊幼虫密度最多16条/勺,对照组平均为80条/勺。结论工程藻在水质较好或轻度污染的水体中均有较强的杀蚊幼作用,且持续时间长,有望用于蚊虫防治。
Objective To observe the effect of Bacillus thuringiensis CrylVD gene cyanobacteria killing mosquito larva in the field. Methods A large number of transgenic engineering algae were cultured and counted under a microscope. Field selection was carried out in different suburbs of Jining City to evaluate the effect of mosquito killing. Results When the engineering algae concentration was ≥ 106cells / ml, more than 99% of mosquito larvae were killed 2 days in non-polluted water and more than 99% of mosquito larvae were killed in 3d in light polluted water. The results showed that mosquito larvae still had mosquito larvae after 3 months of continuous observation. The density of mosquito larvae in experimental group was 16 / scoop and the control group was 80 / scoop. Conclusion The engineering algae have stronger mosquito-killing effect in water bodies with better or slightly polluted water, and they have a long duration and are expected to be used for mosquito control.
