一、前言近些年来,热风炉的操作条件发生了明显变化。高炉操作的不断改进使得热风炉的加热条件越来越困难。这些困难来自高炉要求提高风温而高炉煤气热值却明显降低。在这种情况下,只有往高炉煤气中混入高热值煤气或者用富氧空气来烧热风炉。这样一来,废气的温度很高,大约有250℃。因此回收废气显热引起了人们的兴趣。
