随着经济改革的深入,1985年财政部,国家经委、劳动人事部联合颁发了《国营工业交通企业原材料,燃料节约奖励试行办法》,扩大了实行节约奖的范围。中国有色金属总公司又结合本系统的具体情况,对影响成本较大的燃料,原材料节约奖暂定为三十种。上述规定,对搞活企业,降低物质消耗,提高企业的经济效益,无疑会起很大的促进作用。
