在现代企业中,单纯的货币性薪酬在员工激励方面,愈加显得力不从心,激励效果“缩水严重”。于是,在全面薪酬制度理论的引导下,越来越多的企业开始实践非货币性薪酬制度。基于马斯洛的需求层次理论,从员工的需求出发,归纳出四类实施非货币性薪酬的方式,同时例举出一些知名企业现行的非货币性薪酬实施方案,意在为企业今后的非货币性薪酬发展实践提供一些依据和参考。
In modern enterprises, purely monetary remuneration is more and more inadequate in terms of employee motivation and the incentive effect is “seriously diminished.” So, under the guidance of the comprehensive salary system theory, more and more enterprises began to practice the non-monetary salary system. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, from the needs of employees, this paper summarizes four ways to implement non-monetary compensation, and at the same time gives some examples of the current non-monetary compensation implementation plan for some well-known enterprises. Monetary compensation development practice to provide some basis and reference.
