目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1a)和核因子-КB(NF-КB)口腔鳞癌中的表达及相互关系,研究它们的表达与肿瘤临床病理指标的联系。方法:应用SP染色法检测HIF-1a和NF-КB在49例口腔鳞癌组织、10例正常口腔黏膜组织中的阳性率。结果在口腔鳞癌中HIF-1a和NF-КB的阳性表达率分别为80.0%和78.4%,其阳性率及表达等级均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),在中-低分化组和有淋巴结转移组中的表达显著高于高分化组和无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。HIF-1a表达与NF-КB表达成等级正相关(r=0.45,P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1a或NF-КB与口腔鳞癌生物学行为有密切关系,二者的联合检测,有助于口腔鳞癌恶性程度和生物学特性的判断。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and correlation of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF-1a) and nuclear factor-КB (NF-КB) in oral squamous cell carcinoma and to investigate the relationship between their expression and clinicopathological features. Methods: The positive rates of HIF-1a and NF-КB in 49 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa tissues were detected by SP staining. Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1a and NF-КB in oral squamous cell carcinoma were 80.0% and 78.4%, respectively. The positive rate and expression level of HIF-1a and NF-КB in OSCC were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05) And lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than the highly differentiated group and no lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05). HIF-1a expression was positively correlated with NF-КB expression (r = 0.45, P <0.05). Conclusions: HIF-1a or NF-КB is closely related to the biological behavior of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The combined detection of HIF-1a and NF-КB may be helpful to judge the malignant degree and biological characteristics of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
