八二年十月十九日至廿日攀钢召开了第三次科技工作会议。这次会议的主要任务是,以党的“十二大”全面开创社会主义现代化建设新局面的纲领为指南,结合贯彻落实八二年七月冶金部召开的冶金科技工作会议精神,总结攀钢科技工作的经验教训,认清科技工作面临的形势和繁重任务,在全公司范围内掀起一个科技攻关的新高潮。
Panzhihua Iron and Steel held its third scientific and technological work conference from October 19 to October 20, 1982. The main task of this meeting is to guide the work of the Metallurgical Science and Technology Work Conference held by the Ministry of Metallurgy in July 1982 in conjunction with the guidelines of the “12th National Congress of the Party” in creating a new situation of socialist modernization in an all-round way. Experience and lessons learned from scientific and technological work, a clear understanding of the situation and heavy tasks confronting science and technology work has set off a new upsurge in scientific and technological research within the entire company.
