利用小拱棚生产韭菜是目前广大菜农最喜欢采纳的一种保护地栽培形式。因此,小拱棚韭菜面积在各地都迅速扩大。根据多年的生产实践,总结出以下几点技术措施。 一、品种选择 应选择生长速度快、分蘖力强、鳞茎粗壮、叶片宽大、不易倒伏、能耐高温又抗寒的品种。常用品种有CC韭、汉中冬韭、791等。 二、育苗 小拱棚韭菜生产一般采用育苗移栽方法,苗床与定植田之比为1:10,也就是说“一亩苗十亩田”。苗床用种量为5公斤/亩。
