9目1日起,公安部推出的三十条便民措施开始在全国施行。与此同时,各地、各级行政管理部门结合实际也推出了若干条便民措施,一时间,各种新举措接连发布,众多“便民措施”纷纷出台。这种情景多少表达了行政管理部门执政为民改进作风的决心,好得很。然而一下子有这么多便民措施推出,也令人产生疑问:为什么此前不做这些事?亦或做了却没有做好?再深思更不由得担忧:“若干条”没有列上的会不会于民有所不便?
