核素扫描机是测量放射性核素在体内脏器中分布而获得一幅静止图象的电子仪器。人体注入某种放射性核素药物后,用扫描机进行逐点移位扫描,测量某脏器中放射性核素的分布情况,从而观察这些脏器的形态变化及生理、生化方面的异常。这对临床上某些疾病的诊断是很有帮助的。 在应用核素扫描机作临床扫描时,常要遇到如何正确使用扫描机以及如何摸索扫描条件的问题。笔者根据自己制作和使用扫描机的体会,简要叙述几个使用中的条件,供核医学工作者临床使用时参考。
Nuclide scanners are electronic instruments that measure the distribution of radionuclides in the body’s organs to obtain a still image. After the human body injects a certain radionuclide drug, the scanner scans point by point to measure the distribution of radionuclides in a certain organ so as to observe the morphological changes, physiological and biochemical abnormalities of these organs. This is clinically useful for the diagnosis of certain diseases. In the clinical application of radionuclide scanners, often encounter how to use the scanner correctly and how to explore the scanning conditions. The author based on their own experience in the production and use of scanners, a brief description of the conditions in use for nuclear medicine clinical reference for workers.
