(本刊讯)国务院农林办公室最近在湖南省召开了水轮泵现场会,检查、督促、总结和交流经验,把水轮泵建设推向一个更大的高潮。国务院农林办公室副主任杨煜同志主持这次会议。会议分析了当前水轮泵发展形势,一致认为,经过几年的努力,各省(区)水轮泵的建设已进入一个新的发展阶段。即: 由小溪小河发展到大河筑坝; 由小灌区发展到大灌区; 由低扬程发展到高扬程; 由水轮泵直接灌田发展到提水、蓄水、引水结合; 由单一的提水发展到发电、加工综合利用。在南方的10个省(区)中,有许多省份从1964年开始推广,只两年
