关于变量叶片泵转子叶片槽倾角的选择原则,不少读者寄予关切。目前国内外对此问题尚有争议,我国变量叶片泵联合设计组设计的YBP变量叶片泵的叶片槽倾角为24°。据有关资料介绍,国外已有叶片槽倾角为零度的高性能变量叶片泵产品。鉴于这种情况,本文根据运动学和静力学原理,从理论上对变量叶片泵在工作过程中叶片的运动规律和受力状况进行了计算分析,推导出一套叶片运动规律的方程式,获得了相应的图表,较直观地反映了叶片槽倾角对压力角、叶片运动速度、叶片受力、叶片与转子强度等的影响情况,得出了“为提高变量叶片泵的性能和寿命,改善加工工艺性和提高产品质量,转子叶片槽倾角最佳值应为零度”的结论。供同志们参考和讨论。
