服装生产企业雅戈尔因其大量投资于金融市场,近来备受争议。其实,近期随着资本市场的火热,不仅股民大量增加,很多上市公司也纷纷涌人,形成了一大批“类金融”公司。这种“类金融”公司,不仅投资于已上市的股票,也投资于未上市的公司,以及其他的国家和地区的股票和金融工具等等。据统计,在沪深股市上市的公司中,有截至2007年中,约有400多家存在交叉持股的行为。(参见图4)
Youngor, a garment manufacturer, has been the subject of much controversy over the recent financial investments in the financial markets. In fact, with the recent fiery capital markets, not only the number of shareholders has increased substantially, but many listed companies have also poured in to form a large number of “financial” companies. Such “financial” companies invest not only in stocks that are already listed, but also in unlisted companies, stocks and financial instruments in other countries and regions. According to statistics, among the companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, as of 2007, there were about more than 400 cross-shareholdings. (See Figure 4)
