湖北省国有资产管理局为了加强对资产评估机构的管理,进一步提高资产评估机构评估工作质量和评估人员素质,根据国家局对资产评估机构的工作部署,最近,省国有资产管理局已以鄂国资办发[1994]30号文件发出通知,拟对1993年12月31日以前取得资产评估资格的专、兼业资产评估机构进行一次年检。 这次年检将按照统一领导,分级管理,属地监督的原则进行。年检时间分为三个阶段进行,1994年6月5日前为自检时间;6月15日至7月10日为实地检查时间;7月11——20日为确认年检结果时间。年检的主要内容包括,资产评估机构从事资产评估业务人员情况、内设机构情况、评估人员培训情况、评估业务开展情况、评估工作质量情况、评估档案管理情况及资产评估机构的信誉、执法守法和遵守职业道德情况等7个方面。
