目的 为了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者糖皮质激素受体(GCR)变化及其与糖皮质激素(GC)疗效关系。方法 用放免法测定患者血浆GC水平,用放射配体结合法测定其治疗前、后外周血白细胞GCR。结果 SLE患者GC水平正常而GCR明显降低;GCR相对高者(>2647.40位点/细胞),GC疗效较好,低于2151.35位点/细胞疗效较差。结论 GCR降低可能参与SLE的病理发生过程;GCR水平可指导GC用药及预测疗效。
Objective To investigate the changes of glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) and its relationship with glucocorticoid (GC) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Plasma GC levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. GCRs were measured by radioligand binding assay before and after treatment. Results GC levels in SLE patients were significantly lower than those in 2151.35 patients, but GCR was significantly lower in patients with SLE (> 2647.40 loci / cell). Conclusion The decrease of GCR may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE. The level of GCR may guide the use of GC and predict the therapeutic effect.
