为探讨CGRP对心肌梗塞的影响及其可能的机理,本工作在结扎大鼠或家兔冠状动脉造成的心肌梗塞模型上发现;静脉注射h-CGRP明显改善缺血动物的心功能,缩小心肌梗塞面积,抑制血浆乳酸脱氢酶活性的升高和显著降低心室肌组织血管紧张素Ⅱ的含量。结果提示,CGRP 可能具有治疗急性心肌梗塞的临床应用前景。
In order to investigate the effect of CGRP on myocardial infarction and its possible mechanism, the present work was performed on a model of myocardial infarction caused by ligation of rat or rabbit coronary arteries. Intravenous injection of h-CGRP significantly improved cardiac function in ischemic animals and reduced myocardial infarction. Area, inhibit the increase of plasma lactate dehydrogenase activity and significantly reduce the content of angiotensin II in ventricular muscle tissue. The results suggest that CGRP may have clinical application prospects for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.
