高等院校化学系实验室是进行实验教学、科研及开展社会服务的重要基地,为完成好这些任务,除具有一定水平的实验技术队伍及物资条件外,还应有一整套符合客观规律的科学管理办法。我们从1993年7月开始对传统的实验管理模式进行了改革,经过三年的运行,收到了显著的社会效益及经济效益。
