本文介绍一种新型平板凸轮范成加工装置。本装置采用曲柄摇杆机构实现范成运动加工出所需要的凸轮轮廓。与小分度坐标加工方法相比,这种方法加工出的凸轮轮廓是园滑连接的曲线,从而提高了凸轮运动的平稳性。与靠模法相比,这种方法加工的凸轮又具有较高的精度。它适用于升—停—降—仃或升—降—停类高速平板凸轮的磨削加工。本装置结构简单、操纵方便、成本低。如果对平板凸轮(以下简称凸轮)的工作轮廓也能象渐开线齿轮那样范成加工,则对凸轮来说不仅是一项重大的工艺革新,而且凸轮机构的性能也能得到显著的提高。因此,我们研究的着眼点并不在于寻求凸轮工作曲线理论上的运动规律如何理想,而在于探索凸轮实现范成加工的可能性。
This article describes a new type of flat-plate cam Fan Cheng processing device. The device uses a crank and rocker mechanism to realize the desired profile of the cam as required by the sport. Compared with the small scale coordinate processing method, the cam profile machined by this method is the curve of the park-slip connection, so as to improve the stability of the cam movement. Compared with the master model, this method of processing the cam and has a higher accuracy. It is suitable for l-stop-drop-Ding or l-down-stop type high-speed flat cam grinding. The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and low cost. If the working profile of a flat cam (hereinafter referred to as a cam) can also be processed like an involute gear, it is not only a significant technological innovation for the cam, but also the performance of the cam mechanism can be significantly improved. Therefore, the focus of our research is not on how to seek the ideal law of motion of the cam working curve, but on the possibility of exploring the cam to realize the machining process.
