目的:建立测定更年灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18(4．6mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0．5％冰醋酸溶液(26:74),流速1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷与其相邻杂质峰的分离度符合要求,淫羊藿苷在0．50-2．50μg范围内峰面积与进样量线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=22．560X-0．048,r= 0．999 7,n=5。平均加样回收率为102．4％,RSD为0．97％,n=6。结论:本文建立的分析方法简便、重现性好,可用于更年灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of icariin content in Gengnianling capsules. Method: HPLC method was used. The column was Hypersil ODS C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid solution (26:74). The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength is 270 nm. RESULTS: The resolution of icariin and its adjacent impurity peaks met the requirements. The icariin peak area was well correlated with the injection volume in the range of 0.50-2.50 μg. The regression equation: Y=22.560X- 0.048, r = 0.999 7, n=5. The average recovery rate was 102.4% with an RSD of 0.97% and n=6. Conclusion: The analytical method established in this paper is simple, reproducible, and can be used for the determination of icariin content in Geng Ning Ling capsules.
