死者,男,39岁,浙江省永康县人,以外出镶牙为业。生前曾外出到云南等地巡回镶牙,先后3次进入缅甸境內长达114d,其间常有露宿史。1989年5月1日在缅甸境內发病,出现寒颤、高热、头痛。一周后返回原籍,途中持续发热,伴有胸闷、气急、腰痛、尿赤,未用过任何抗疟药。在本村医疗站和当地卫生院抗炎及按流行性出血热治疗无效,病情逐渐加重、恶化而于5月13日凌晨1:30转入县人民医院抢救。查体BP10.664/6.665kPa。P100次/分,T36.6℃,R44次/分,神
