为了有效地预测沥青路面长期车辙,提出了运用数值模型计算车辙等效温度的方法.根据南京市实际气象数据模拟了沥青路面瞬态温度场,并在此基础上计算了一年中各月份气候条件下连续24h的车辙发展情况.分析了稳态温度场下车辙深度与路面温度之间的关系,并基于车辙等效原理获得了沥青路面车辙等效温度.结果显示:七、八月份的车辙等效温度超过40℃,六月、九月则在30~40℃之间,当车辙等效温度不足30℃时,车辙发展可以忽略不计.南京全年的车辙等效温度约为38.5℃,基于车辙等效温度的概念,应用长期车辙预估模型可以反映出气象状况和交通条件对于车辙的影响.
In order to effectively predict the long-term rutting of asphalt pavement, a method to calculate equivalent rutting temperature using numerical model is proposed.The transient temperature field of asphalt pavement is simulated according to the actual meteorological data of Nanjing City, and the monthly temperature Rutting conditions for 24 h continuous rut development.Analysis of the steady-state temperature field rutting depth and the relationship between the road surface temperature, and rutting equivalence based rutting equivalent temperature obtained asphalt pavement.The results showed that: July and August rut Equivalent temperature exceeds 40 ℃, June and September are between 30 and 40 ℃, rutting development is negligible when the rut equivalent temperature is less than 30 ℃ .The rutting equivalent temperature in Nanjing is about 38.5 ℃, Based on the concept of rut equivalent temperature, the application of long-term rut prediction model can reflect the impact of meteorological conditions and traffic conditions on rutting.
