在工程上,很早就研究了不需热处理的混凝土冬季施工方法。应用最广的方法是往混凝土或砂浆掺外加剂:氯盐。将它们单独加入或与抗锈蚀物质按比例同时加入。抗锈蚀物质叫抑制剂,它能在降低水的冰点的同时,保持混凝土或砂浆在严寒中正常硬化。抑制剂可以用于冷的原材料中,或者将水或砂加热至解冻状态,或者用纸、薄金属板、塑料薄膜或有效的保温物质(锯末、稻草、矿渣、席子等等)将构件复盖住,这样往往不需进行混凝土的热处理。
In engineering, the early winter concrete construction method without heat treatment was studied. The most widely used method is to add admixtures to concrete or mortar: chlorine salts.
