2012年11月,意大利颁布了预防与打击贪污腐败犯罪的专项法律,这项反腐败法律是为应对意大利国內出现的新型腐败犯罪而做出的修订。此项反腐败法律的修订一方面涉及刑事政策与立法之间的关系.同时强调了政治因素对反贪污腐败犯罪法律规范的作用与影响。事实上,意大利此项反腐败法律还体现出受国际公约影响的强烈特征,反腐败法律的修订是以国际公约为蓝本,在不违反本国宪法规定的基础之上,对国內相关法律规定进行技术性改革,保证国內法律的发展趋势与国际公约一致保持,履行打击贪污腐败犯罪的成员国义务。
In November 2012, Italy enacted a special law on the prevention and suppression of corruption crimes, which is an amendment to address the new types of corruption that have emerged in Italy.
