针对各高校数控设备和控制系统功能等因素的制约和学生很难将理论知识与实践应用相结合的现状,为了提高学生的创新能力和综合能力,设计了一台教学加工两用型微型数控铣床。采用NC嵌入计算机结构的开放式数控系统,机械结构采用立式数控铣床形式的结构布局;完成了电源电路、工作台步进电机控制线路、铣轴伺服电机控制线路和其他辅助电路的设计;模块化的设计思路,设计了控制系统软件部分,能够检查并编译NC代码,能够通过运动控制器来完成自动加工、对刀和加工轨迹仿真等功能;人机界面友好,易于使用,用户可根据自己使用要求添加相应模块。经推广运用表明,本教学加工两型微型数控铣床,体积小、功能完善、开放性强、安全系数高及性能优越等优点,既适用于应用性人才实践教学培养,同时也是一台可加工零件的微型数控铣床。
