文章介绍了采用H_2及CO对铜镍硫化矿进行还原焙烧—浸出,以获得高品位冰铜(或金属铜);浸出液高温水解分离铁、镍的冶炼新工艺。它具有方法简单,只经还原、浸出、氧化水解等三个工序,即可彻底解决铜、镍、铁的分离,并使硫成元素硫、铁成Fe_2O_3回收;试剂盐酸及氧化钙均可再生,达到无废渣,无污染,综合回收全面,回收率高等显著优点。本文着重研究了用H_2及CO还原一浸出的效果和高温氧化水解分离镍、铁以及CaCl_2高温水解的效果。试验表明,脱铁、脱硫率可达98~99%以上;浸出和分离的总回收率,镍>90%、铁99%以上;分离液中的铁含量可降至0.030(克/升)以下。
In this paper, the reduction roasting-leaching of Cu-Ni sulphide ores with H 2 and CO is introduced to obtain the high-grade matte (or metallic copper); the new process of smelting iron and nickel by leaching solution at high temperature is studied.
