本文采用涂敷工艺制备TiB_2碳胶/石墨复合电极材料。实验测定了复合电极在常温和高温下的理化性能。测试结果表明复合电极在常温下具有较高的硬度和抗压、抗拉强度;高温下抗氧化烧蚀、耐熔盐电解质和熔融液态金属的侵蚀,抗热冲击性能优异。是一种性能优异的双电极材科。
In this paper, TiB 2 carbon paste / graphite composite electrode materials were prepared by the coating process. The physical and chemical properties of the composite electrode under normal temperature and high temperature were measured experimentally. The test results show that the composite electrode has high hardness and compressive strength and tensile strength at normal temperature. Anti-oxidation ablation at high temperature, corrosion resistance to molten salt electrolyte and molten liquid metal have excellent thermal shock resistance. Is a high performance dual-electrode material section.
