采用皂化及改进的尿素包和法,从海狸鼠脂肪中获得富集γ-亚麻酸等多不饱和脂肪酸的浓缩物。用苯∶甲醇∶冰醋酸=9∶0.4∶0.4(V∶V∶V)作为混合展开剂,10%磷钼酸的乙醇溶液为显色剂,建立了硝酸银薄层色谱(AgNO3-TLC)法检测浓缩物中的γ-亚麻酸的简易方法。应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,应用C18柱,以乙腈和水为洗脱剂进行梯度洗脱,242nm紫外检测,能很好地分析混合物中的γ-亚麻酸。
