液压带电自动压放电极,在国内外大中型电炉上早已采用,但应用于小型铁合金电炉,尚未见到文献介绍。我厂在1983年恢复重建306号炉(容量1800~2400kVA)时,将液压带电自动压放电极技术成功地移植到小型铁合金电炉上,经过两年的生产考验,运行可靠,达到了预期的目的。在小型铁合金电炉上应用液压装置,有一定的难度,特别是电极把持器部分,由于炉子容量小,各方面尺寸受到限制。要在小尺寸范围内实现电极的液压压放,设计时就要全面考虑、周密分析才能实现。我们在3M 平台(操作平台)采用矮烟罩炉盖,使液压装置部分避免高温辐射,从而保证了液压
Hydraulic automatic voltage discharge electrode, at home and abroad have long been used in large and medium-sized electric furnace, but used in small ferroalloy furnace, has not yet seen the literature.
