介绍了新开发的配装NSX新车型用的超级跑车发动机。新开发的发动机要满足车身布置要求的高动力性能。通过选择3.5L排量及采用V6气缸布置和涡轮增压器,发动机达到较高的功率且结构紧凑,能在车身后部安装由混合动力电机与新开发的变速箱组合而成的动力系统。润滑系统采用干式油底壳系统,它能确保超级跑车在所有可能的行驶状况下得到可靠的润滑。燃烧系统采用高滚流气道、直接喷射和进气道喷射的双喷射系统,能提高动力性能、热效率并降低排放。为了应对高功率带来的热负荷增加,在燃烧室和排气道周围采用3段式水套,优化了气缸盖各部分的冷却液,因而能抑制爆燃和冷却排气道。缸孔采用喷铁涂层,它能增强冷却效果并减轻质量。喷铁涂层缸套比传统铸铁缸套和铝制缸套更硬、更薄,因而能在不增加缸心距的同时,在气缸间布置冷却水道。
Introduced the newly developed super sports car engine with new NSX models. The newly developed engine to meet the body layout requirements of high power performance. By choosing a 3.5L displacement with a V6 cylinder arrangement and a turbocharger, the engine achieves higher power and compact construction, with a powertrain that combines a hybrid motor with a newly developed transmission on the rear of the body. The lubrication system features a dry sump system that ensures the super sports car is reliably lubricated in all possible driving conditions. The combustion system uses a dual-injection system with high tumble flow passages, direct injection and port injection to improve power performance, thermal efficiency and reduce emissions. To cope with the increased heat load caused by high power, a 3-stage water jacket is used around the combustion chamber and the exhaust passage to optimize the coolant in each part of the cylinder head, thereby suppressing the deflagration and cooling the exhaust passage. The bore is sprayed with iron, which enhances cooling and reduces quality. Spray coating iron cylinder liner than the traditional cast iron cylinder liner and aluminum cylinder harder, thinner, which can not increase the cylinder center distance at the same time, the arrangement of cooling channels in the cylinder.
