有关白血病化疗后骨髓形态学改变,国内未见报道,国外报道也很少见。本文观察了53例急性白血病及18例慢性白血病化疗后骨髓形态学的改变,提出了白血病化疗后骨髓各种不同的形态学改变,同时还观察了网状纤维的改变。材料与方法自1978年2月～1982年11月共收集白血病化疗后骨髓活检材料71例。53例为急性白血病,18例为慢性白血病,急性白血病中重复穿刺者14例,重复穿刺最少者2次,最多者5次,共76例次。材料均经10%福尔马林或磷酸缓冲福尔马林固定,常规HE染色,部分材料作网状纤维染色。
The leukemia chemotherapy bone marrow changes in morphology, no reports of domestic, foreign reports are rare. In this paper, 53 cases of acute leukemia and 18 cases of chronic leukemia were observed after chemotherapy bone marrow changes in morphology, leukemia after chemotherapy proposed a variety of different morphological changes of bone marrow, while also observed changes in reticular fibers. Materials and Methods From February 1978 to November 1982 a total of 71 cases of bone marrow biopsy material after leukemia chemotherapy were collected. 53 cases of acute leukemia, 18 cases of chronic leukemia, acute leukemia repeated puncture in 14 cases, repeated puncture at least 2 times, up to 5 times, a total of 76 cases times. Materials were fixed in 10% formalin or phosphate buffered formalin, conventional HE staining, some materials for reticular fiber staining.
