我厂在磨削大螺距螺杆底径时,经常要修整砂轮。磨削时,磨头主轴与螺杆轴心线成一等于螺旋角的夹角α(如图)。为了使螺杆底径的母线具有较高的直线度,避免凹肚现象,砂轮的外圆面应修整成旋转双曲面。常用的修整方法有样板法和范成法。以样板法来修磨螺杆底径,它的母线直线度只能控制在0.1/100左右。在磨削过程中,砂轮的半径总要由大变小。如果用同样一块样板去修整砂轮,所得的曲面尽管形状相似,但是有差异,从而使螺杆底径的直线度下降。尤其是砂轮半径小到一定程度时,用这块样板修整出来的砂轮来磨削螺杆,它的底径直线度会超差. 一、范成法用样板来修整砂轮很难满足高精度要求。为此,我们设计和制造了如图所示的砂轮修整机构,它能修整磨削单螺杆及双螺杆的砂轮,能使单螺杆及双螺杆的母线具有很高的直线度(不低于0.04/100)。二、结构原理 1.原理如图所示。砂轮修整机构安装于螺杆磨床(用C640车床改装)跟刀架的固定销上,挂钩板的定位槽与跟刀架的宽度按D/d配合,跟刀架上的两销与机
