原发性高血压用钠平衡、低钠和双氢克尿塞削减容量都能降压,效果双氢克尿塞>低钠>钠平衡。提示降压效果似与限钠、失钠的程度成正比。同时也发现血压下降:立位>卧位,收缩压比舒张压明显,下午>上午。双氢克尿塞和心得安对低Ang Ⅱ患者有相似的疗效。
Primary hypertension with sodium balance, hyponatremia and hydrochlorothiazide reduction capacity can be reduced pressure, the effect of hydrochlorothiazide> low sodium> sodium balance. Tips and antihypertensive effect of sodium, sodium loss is proportional to the extent. Also found that blood pressure decreased: standing> lying position, systolic blood pressure than diastolic blood pressure obvious afternoon> morning. Hydrochlorothiazide and propranolol have similar efficacy in patients with low Ang Ⅱ.
