1989年创刊的《苏共中央通报》在1月号上发表了苏联最高检察院就布哈林案件向苏联最高法院提出的抗诉书和苏联最高法院就此案件作出的平反决定。同时该刊还登载了由苏共中央马列主义研究院编写的介绍布哈林案件前后经过的《关于所谓的“右倾分子—托洛茨基派反苏联盟》一文。文中第一次公布了列宁的妹妹玛丽亚·伊里尼奇娜·乌里扬诺娃在1929年4月22日写给即将召开的联共(布)中央委员会和中央监察委员会四月联席会议的一封信。玛·伊·乌里扬诺娃在信中严厉批评了会议将采取的开除布哈林等人出政治局的错误做法。这封信没有在这次会上宣读,以后也没有公布过。现将信的全文译出,介绍给我国读者。标题是编者加的。
