鲁建节科字[2016]21号各市住房城乡建委(建设局):为加强全省被动式超低能耗绿色建筑示范工程管理,确保示范工作健康、有序开展,省厅编制了《山东省被动式超低能耗绿色建筑示范工程项目管理办法》,现印发给你们,自2017年1月1日起施行,请认真贯彻执行。2016年9月19日山东省被动式超低能耗绿色建筑示范工程项目管理办法第一章总则第一条为加强全省被动式超低能耗绿色建筑示范工程项目管理,发挥超低能耗建筑示范效应,促进建设领域节能减排,依据《山东省民用建筑节能条例》等有关法规,制定本办法。
