其实人们普遍认为学生在素质教育阶段的管理工作十分繁重,很多学生的个性化管理也受到了社会各界的普遍关注。如果教师在教学中出现了违背社会公认的管理理念,那么就会受到来自四面八方的谴责。但是由于学生和教师都是教育工作开展的有机个体,如何做到两者的有效统一是教育管理者需要考虑的主要问题。随着社会人文主义理念的渗透,教育工作开展中的以人为本的教育理念也得到了深入的贯彻和发展。但是正如每个教师所关注的主要话题所在,如何有效地利用以人为本的实践理念去解决管理过程中出现的矛盾和问题是根源所在。教育的中心地位是为了育人,那么通过怎样的方式进行有效育人呢?又是从什么样的角度去思考和历练学生的价值评判观念呢?本人将以笔者的实践管理经验为基础阐述理念,深入讲解如何关注教师发展等问题,科学管理小学事业。

I will be based on the author’s experience in management experience to elaborate the concept , In-depth explanation of how to pay attention to the development of teachers and other issues, the scientific management of primary school.
