高职高专领导班子的凝聚力、战斗力如何,直接影响到高职高专的办学质量、办学方向、办学效果。我省高职高专领导班子政治坚定;整体素质较高,具有较高的政策理论水平和较丰富的教学、管理经验;具有较强的改革开放意识和开拓进取精神;坚持民主团结、求真务实的思想作风和工作作风,增强了团结协作精神。但是,我省高职高专领导班子建设还存在一些与客观形势的变化和事业发展的要求不相适应的地方,需要进一步完善。为推动我省高等教育事业健康、稳定、快速发展,结合我省高职高专实际,进一步加强省属高校领导班子建设,提出:坚持党委领导下的校长负责制,加强和改进党对高职高专工作的领导;按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求,切实加强高职高专领导班子思想作风建设;进一步深化高职高专领导干部选拔任用制度改革,建立和完善“公开、平等、竞争、择优”的选人用人制度。
The cohesion and combat effectiveness of the leadership of higher vocational colleges directly affect the quality of running schools, the direction of running schools and the effect of running schools in higher vocational colleges. However, there are still some problems in the construction of the leading group in higher vocational colleges in our province which are incompatible with the changes of the objective situation and the requirements of career development, and need to be further perfected. In order to promote the healthy, stable and rapid development of higher education in our province and further improve the construction of the leading bodies in provincial colleges and universities by combining with the actual conditions of higher vocational colleges in our province, we put forward the following suggestions: adhere to the principal responsibility system under the leadership of Party committees, In accordance with the requirements of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ we should earnestly strengthen the ideological and work style building of the leading group in higher vocational and technical colleges, further deepen the reform of the system of selecting and appointing leading cadres in higher vocational colleges, and establish and perfect the ’ , Equality, competition, preferential selection "system of selection and employment.
