市政工程施工单位工作多在野外,工作环境恶劣,流动性大,人员分散,党员都战斗在工程项目一线,充分发挥项目党组织政治核心作用,开展深入细致的现场思想政治工作,积极弘扬项目党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用,对于稳定干部职工队伍,树立单位良好形象,优质高效地完成项目建设任务,具有积极的推动作用。在这种新形势下,创新基层党建工作,加强基层党建工作,对加强项目单位党的建设,增强单位凝聚力、战斗力,具有十分重要的意义。
