本文用纯化糖蛋白抗原对１１６ 例囊虫病人血清进行Ｄｏｔ－ ＥＬＩＳＡ检测，阳性率为９６．８％ （１１２／１１６），３６ 例健康人血清皆为阴性，２７ 例肝吸虫病与包虫病人血清除２例外均为阴性，并以ＩＨＡ和ＥＬＩＳＡ作对照，结果表明Ｄｏｔ－ ＥＬＩＳＡ 在３种方法中敏感性和特异性较高
In this paper, 116 cases of cysticercosis patients with purified glycoprotein antigens by Dot-ELISA detection, the positive rate was 96.8% (112/116), 36 healthy people were negative serum, 27 cases of hepaticosis and hydatid The patient’s serum was negative except for 2 cases. The results of IHA and ELISA showed that Dot-ELISA had higher sensitivity and specificity in the 3 methods
