Hamersley Iron Ore Holdings Ltd. plans to develop several new mines on the eastern fringe of its mine to keep its iron ore production at over 50 million tonnes per annum in Western Australia. These new mines will have flexible mining plans and more maneuverable equipment to ensure they make the most of the company’s huge investments in Pilbara.
