厚朴大黄汤出自《金匮要略》,由厚朴、大黄、枳实三药组成,具有降气下逆、通淤泄饮之功。笔者在临床中运用本方治疗急症,疗效满意。现择例介绍如下: 病案举例 (一)肺痈李某,男,30岁。1986年5月10日初诊。自诉:早几天感冒,恶寒发热,咳嗽、咯白色粘痰,痰量由少渐多,胸痛,胀满,咳时尤剧,呼吸急促,大便干结,曾服药罔效而求治于余。刻诊:精神差,呈急性病容,脉浮数,苔薄黄。
