从1985年起,我段在企业整顿验收合格的基础上,遵照中央《城市经济体制改革的决定》精神和省厅局推行经济承包的指示,制订了总段养路承包经济责任制,在总段所属段队和道班试行。经过1985年的实践证明,在公路养护生产中推行经济承包责任制,效果是比较明显的。它有利于管好用好养路投资,有利于贯彻养路方针,提高养护工程质量,有利于发扬养路职工当家做主,理财管路的主人翁精神,调动了养路职工的生产积极性。1986年我们总结了1985年推行
