所有的教学都具有思想性,这需要我们去反思我们的课堂教学是否遵循了教育规律,是否体现了以生为本的教学思想,是否实现了教学相长的共同目标。作为技校英语教师,更需要在教育教学实际活动后自觉地进行批判反思,反思这类学生缺乏学习兴趣的真正原因、及应该如何调整教学策略进行有效的课堂教学。不去批判反思会导致教学中困惑与矛盾的存在,使自己失去教学的激情与进取心。因此,教师应采取自我反思与同伴挑刺相结合的方式,及时反思回顾自己的教育教学中存在的问题,快速提高自身的英语教学效果。
All teaching is ideological, which requires us to reflect on whether our classroom teaching follows the law of education, whether it embodies the students-oriented teaching thought, and achieves the common goal of teaching and learning. As technical school English teachers, it is more necessary to consciously conduct critical reflection after the actual activities of education and teaching, reflect on the real reasons why such students lack interest in learning, and how to adjust teaching strategies for effective classroom teaching. Refusing to criticize and reflect will lead to the existence of confusion and contradiction in teaching, so that they lose their passion and initiative in teaching. Therefore, teachers should take a combination of self-reflection and peer prodigy, timely reflection on the review of their own problems in education and teaching, and quickly improve their English teaching effectiveness.
