At present, many units have introduced evaporative barium getters in the He-Ne laser tube. Non-evaporable zirconium-aluminum getters have many advantages. Room temperature greater inspiratory capacity, especially aspiration of H 2 than barium getter is many times larger. Due to its activation temperature as high as 800 ~ 900 ℃, coupled with some other technical difficulties, so far have not seen for domestic helium-neon laser tube production. In this paper, the introduction of zirconium-aluminum getter in the lumen-type He-Ne laser tube for a concise theoretical analysis, the design of the laser tube structure made a corresponding improvement. The experiments confirmed the deflation and gettering characteristics of zirconium-aluminum getter, and placed the ring-shaped coaxial sleeve on it
