首次提出用标定法测量刚体的线位移和角位移的方法,该方法具有结构简单,性能可靠,非接触性、集成化高,工业上易实现和价格便宜等优点。本文同时还采用了一个小功率激光器为光源,CCD为光电转换器件。最后通过相关分析法和数据拟合技术等图象处理技术,提高了整套系统的分辨率。实验证实了该方法具有较高的精度、较高的自动化程度和较高的可靠性。
It is the first time to propose a method to measure the linear displacement and angular displacement of a rigid body by using the calibration method. The method has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, non-contact, high integration, easy implementation in industry, and low price. This article also uses a low-power laser light source, CCD photoelectric conversion device. Finally, through the correlation analysis and data fitting techniques such as image processing technology, improve the resolution of the entire system. Experiments show that the method has higher accuracy, higher degree of automation and higher reliability.
