在普通荧光分光光度计上选择合适的激发和发射通带宽度,利用Rayleigh共振散射技术,研究了生理pH值(7.43±0.02),25°C下,金( )与血清白蛋白的相互作用.首次观测到金( )对血清白蛋白的共振散射强度随着金( )浓度增加而降低.结果表明:金( )与血清白蛋白的结合会破坏血清白蛋白分子聚集,而且使血清白蛋白中的二硫桥键断裂,导致白蛋白分子趋于松散,散射截面积减小,表现为共振散射强度降低.
The appropriate excitation and emission passband widths were selected by the ordinary fluorescence spectrophotometer. The interaction between gold () and serum albumin at physiological pH (7.43 ± 0.02) and 25 ° C was investigated by Rayleigh resonance scattering technique.
