本文用硝酸—氢氟酸溶样,高氯酸冒烟除去氟和硅后,以酒石酸—乙醇胺作为总离子强度缓冲剂,采用钢离子选择性电极直接电位法测定。它具有对铝及其共存元素掩蔽效果良好,缓冲容量大,pH值易控制,共存元素含量为Al~(3+)100mg、Fe~(3+)1.2mg、Cu~(2+)6mg、Ti~(4+)1.0mg、Mg~(2+)1.4mg时不干扰测定的特点。操作手续简便,易于掌握,适用于钠含量大于0.01%的铝合金试样。
