硝酸钴、邻菲罗啉(Phen)和己二酸在pH=7.0左右的水溶液中反应得到一种新的固体配合物[Co(NO3)(Phen)2]NO3·4H2O(1),并经元素分析、红外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射分析进行了表征.结构分析表明,晶体属三斜晶系, P1 空间群: a = 0.7977(16) nm, b = 1.0406(2)nm,c = 1.6591(3) nm,α= 106.12(3)°,β= 103.33(3)°,γ= 90.22(3)°,V= 1.2841(4)nm3,Dc= 1.592g·cm-3,Z=2,F(000) = 634,5298个独立衍射点中,4704个可观察点满足I≥2σ(I),R1= 0.0590,wR2= 0.1718.晶体结构中配阳离子[Co(NO3)(Phen)2 ]+ 通过芳环的堆积作用构成平行于ac面的2D层状超分子网络,未配位的反荷阴离子NO-3 和晶格水分子介于层间,通过氢键作用构成阴离子层状网络,阳离子层与阴离子层之间通过配位的NO-3 的O(3)与晶格水分子的H(13)之间的氢键作用进一步构成3D超分子体系.
A new solid complex [Co (NO3) (Phen) 2] NO3 · 4H2O (1) was synthesized by the reaction of cobalt nitrate, phenanthroline and adipic acid in an aqueous solution at pH 7.0. The results show that the crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P1: a = 0.7977 (16) nm, b = 1.0406 (2) nm, c = 1.6591 (3) nm, α = 106.12 (3) °, β = 103.33 (3) °, γ = 90.22 (3) °, V = 1.2841 (4) nm3, Dc = 1.592 g · cm- In the F (000) = 634,5298 independent diffraction spots, 4704 observable points satisfy I≥2σ (I), R1 = 0.0590, and wR2 = 0.1718. In the crystal structure, the cation [Co (NO3) + Composites a 2D layered supramolecular network parallel to the ac plane through the stacking of aromatic rings. Uncoordinated anti-anion anion NO-3 and lattice water molecules are interlamellar and form an anionic layered network through hydrogen bonding. The 3D supramolecular system is further formed between the cation and anion layers by the hydrogen bonding between O (3) of coordinated NO-3 and H (13) of lattice water molecules.
