近年来,按照财政部的统一要求,地方各级财政部门不断深化预算绩效管理改革,加强组织管理和制度建设,积极开展预算支出绩效评价,探索评价结果应用,稳步推进预算绩效管理工作。一些工作进展较快、成效较显著的地区在预算绩效管理实践中,形成了一些好的做法和经验,主要表现在“领导重视、机构健全、制度完善、评价有效、应用广泛、基础扎实、合力推进”等方面。一、领导重视是前提领导的重视和支持为预算绩效
