在设备购置和设计时首先要遇到设备方案的选择问题。传统的方案选择多和优缺点列举法进行粗浅的定性分析,因此选择的结果缺乏说服力,往往因为方案选择不当造成经济损失。现代设备管理强调在设备选购和设计时要预先进行技术经济论证。本文以大庆总机厂修理分厂在研制浸入振摆喷射式清洗设备时的技术经济论证为例,介绍其论证方法。 1方案的形成及定性分析根据对工程机械清洗的要求,初选以下四种方案。方案I,浸入振摆喷射清洗此方案是参考苏联的方案经过简化改造
In the equipment purchase and design, we must first encounter the choice of equipment options. The traditional method of selecting multiple options and the advantages and disadvantages enumeration method are used for superficial qualitative analysis. Therefore, the results of the selection are not convincing, and the economic losses are often caused by improper selection of plans. Modern equipment management emphasizes the need for advanced technical and economic argumentation during equipment purchase and design. This article takes the technical economic argumentation of the repair plant of Daqing Zongji Plant in the development of immersed jet cleaning equipment as an example to introduce its demonstration method. 1Formation and Qualitative Analysis Based on the requirements for the cleaning of construction machinery, the following four options were selected.
