大量应用于矿山、建材等行业的挖掘机,其易损件挖掘机斗齿,由于工作条件十分恶劣,损耗很大,目前用于主产的斗齿有很多种,如高锰钢斗齿、普通碳钢斗齿、低合金钢斗齿、工作面堆焊耐磨焊条斗齿等等,由于这些斗齿在工作中都存在耐磨性与韧性不能很好匹配的原因,其使用寿命一般都较短。本试验研制的双金属复合铸造耐磨斗齿,其耐磨性与韧性较目前斗齿有较大幅度提高,进而延长了斗齿的使用寿命,满足了生产需要。
