蔡能,女,1977年出生,湖南益阳人,理学博士,湖南省林业科学院高级工程师。2008年毕业于湖南农业大学,获理学博士学位。2008年进入湖南省林业科学院功工作,先后参与国家十一五科技支撑计划项目、国家林业局科技成果推广项目、国家林业公益性行业科研专项、中央财政推广项目、湖南省科技计划项目、长沙市科技计划项目、湖南省林业科技计划项目10多项。
Cai Neng, female, born in 1977, Yiyang, Hunan, doctor of science, Hunan Academy of Forestry senior engineer. In 2008 graduated from Hunan Agricultural University, received doctorate degree. He joined the work of Hunan Academy of Forestry in 2008 and has successively participated in the national Eleventh Five-Year Science and Technology Support Program, the State Forestry Administration’s scientific and technological achievements promotion project, the national forestry non-profit industry research project, the central finance promotion project, Hunan Province Science and Technology Plan Project, Changsha City Science and technology projects, forestry science and technology projects in Hunan Province more than 10 projects.
